Internship at Stone Forest IT

During my internship with Stone Forest IT, I learned more about how to handle each technical issue that users have encountered, as well as what it's like to work as a system engineer in the MIS department.
The daily tasks that I was assigned during my internship allowed me to learn more about how policies function and how to use system commands to assist me to do additional tasks that I would like to learn, such as how to use it while switching to a new laptop and performing other tasks.
During the help desk, I work with a different user who has a different problem, which helps me widen my knowledge when I investigate how to solve their problem and learn different ways to troubleshoot for each different type of issue faced. I also learn how to replace the different parts of a laptop which I did not learn during my school time, which help me to know how to repair a laptop when I face a similar issue.  
Lastly, the research they task me with helped me learn how to create VM on different software and slowly learn how to host a self-host application onto the VM machine itself and test the application to see how it is used. All of this would not have been feasible without the assistance and supervision of Stone Forest IT colleagues. I appreciate and thank everyone in this firm for their assistance and guidance.
